We’re here to make sure your delivery and setup experience is as smooth, safe, and stress-free as possible. This page outlines the key steps we ask all customers to follow — not to make life difficult, but to ensure everything goes right first time, with no delays or surprises.
If you have any questions or you're unsure about your setup, just get in touch — we're always happy to help.
🔍 What We Need From You
- ✅ Ensure the access route is wide, clear and step-free where possible
- ✅ Confirm that your surface is level, solid and load-bearing
- ✅ Send us 2–3 photos of the delivery route after checkout
- ✅ Complete any required electrical setup in advance (if applicable)
We’ll guide you through all of this step by step — it’s much simpler than it sounds!
🔌 Hot Tubs: 13A Plug & Play
These models are easy to install and come with a 2.5mm 3-core cable and standard UK 13A plug.
You’ll need:
- A Double Switched RCD-Protected 13A outdoor socket
- A solid, level surface such as a patio, concrete base, or reinforced decking
- An accessible route for the delivery trolley
- Space for the cable to reach your desired control panel location
📸 After ordering, we’ll ask for photos of your access route so we can prepare accordingly.
Example 13A Electrical Setup:

⚡ Hot Tubs: 32A Hard-Wired
These models require installation by a qualified electrician before delivery.
You’ll need:
- A dedicated 32 Amp circuit, RCD-protected and installed to BS:7671 & Part P of the building regulations
- A waterproof rotary isolator switch located 2–3 metres from the tub
- A 6mm 3-core armoured cable running from your consumer unit to the isolator, with a tail long enough to reach around the tub to your desired control panel position
- A solid, level base that supports the full weight of the filled tub
🗓️ All 32A tubs must have their own circuit and cannot share power with other appliances. We recommend leaving a coil of cable near the tub’s base for flexibility during setup.
📸 After checkout, we’ll request photos of your access route and may ask for confirmation of your electrical setup before delivery.
Example 32A Electrical Setup:

❄️ Cold Plunge / Ice Baths (13A)
These units are delivered fully assembled and powered via a standard 13A plug.
You’ll need:
- A level, solid surface (e.g. concrete, patio, or reinforced decking)
- A 13A outdoor RCD-protected socket (if powered)
- Drainage or access to manually empty the unit
📸 Please send us 2–3 photos of your access route after ordering. Cold plunges are lightweight compared to tubs, but we still require clear paths and appropriate access.
🚞️ Delivery Options
Unless otherwise stated, all products are delivered as kerbside delivery.
- If placement or installation is included, this will be clearly stated on your product page or at checkout.
- A member of your household must be present to sign for delivery and assist if needed.
- If lifting equipment is required (e.g. for walls or awkward access), this must be arranged by the customer in advance.
- If there are steps or steep terrain, fit, able-bodied helpers may be required to assist the delivery team.
🚧 Site Access Requirements
To ensure a safe and damage-free delivery, your site must meet the following:
- Minimum Path Width: 1.1 metres clear width
- Vertical Clearance: Add 350mm to your tub's tallest dimension
- Path Condition: Smooth, firm ground (no gravel or soft grass)
- Obstacles to Avoid: Gas meters, drainpipes, low eaves, tight turns, gates
- Steps or Narrow Access? Let us know early – additional help or equipment may be required
🧱 Surface Requirements
All products must be placed on a strong, flat, and stable surface.
Examples of suitable surfaces include:
- ✅ Reinforced concrete slab (min. 4” thick for tubs)
- ✅ Paving slabs, tiles or flagstone patios
- ✅ Structural decking (engineered to carry full weight)
Decking must:
- Be load-tested and approved by a qualified contractor
- Allow removable side access to hot tub panels for servicing
- Provide room to fully remove steps or lower the tub into position
⚠️ Decking that fails to meet structural requirements may void your warranty.
🏠 Indoor Installation (If Applicable)
If placing a tub indoors:
- Ensure the room has proper ventilation and drainage
- Use non-slip flooring to avoid hazards
- Protect surfaces from condensation and excess humidity
We recommend consulting an architect or builder to confirm your indoor setup is suitable.
📝 After You Order
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch to collect the following:
- ✅ 2–3 photos of your access route
- ✅ Notes about gates, steps or obstacles
- ✅ Confirmation that your power supply and base meet requirements
This step is essential for avoiding delays, rescheduling fees, or surprise issues on the day.
We’re here to guide you through this — it only takes a few minutes and helps us deliver the best experience possible.
❗ Damage & Responsibility
Please inspect your product before signing for delivery.
We cannot accept claims for visible damage after the delivery has been signed unless you’ve provided photo evidence at the time of delivery.
If incorrect electrical setup or access prevents us from delivering or installing, additional fees may apply.
